Delivery Policy

Redline Series: These products have expedited shipping as customers owning a redline watch are members of the redline club with additional discounts and benefits. Redline Watches will be shipped within 1 week anywhere in the USA. Two weeks anywhere outside the USA.

Balckline Series:Regular shipping is free and orders are subject to product availability. Your item will take anywhere from 2-3 weeks to be shipped to you with no cost. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship your order as soon as it is available but you will be notified. Shipping costs for your order are free and any special requested for expedited shipping are based on the weight, timing and availability of the items you order as well as your location. The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, the method of delivery and quantity of items ordered, and in addition your order may be delivered in separate shipments. You are not responsible for taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value added tax, customs duties and excise duties. This is all paid for by us with free shipping. If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 48 hours from receipt of your order.

Privacy Policy

We value the privacy and security of the information that you share with us. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, protect and process your information. Any information that you provide to us is used strictly to process and fulfill your purchase and/or for internal analytical purposes, as described in this Privacy Policy. We only share information for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, and we will not sell or redistribute any of your information to any third party. We use commercially reasonable efforts to protect your information from unauthorized disclosure. We may use the information from your order to process your purchase, provide a refund, provide customer service, improve or customize our products and services or fulfill applicable financial, tax, legal or compliance requirements. Warranty Terms (Redline Series Only)

We will replace your Nude Watch (Redline Series Only) one time for the life of the watch. The Replacement will only require a shipping cost of no greater than $20 usd. The watch must be returned in order to be replaced and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Nude Watches are not Water Resistant or Water Proof. We will not cover any accidental breaks or water damage. The warranty does not cover batteries that need to be replaced. This warranty is only for the mechanism and any manufacturing defects. Normal Wear and Tear is not covered by this warranty.

Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, within 48 hours from the delivery date you may either return your purchased product to us for a full refund or exchange it for another product of equal value. Returned or exchanged products must be in the exact condition you received them and in the original box and packaging. Returns and refunds require that you must pay shipping expenses in case of returning the product.
